Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original shoe box and packaging, ensuring they are protected inside a secure mailing bag or box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once received at our warehouse.
